Why I built Gain Momentum
I built Gain Momentum to put my sales, marketing and growth experience into your working day. It connects relationships, outreach, opportunities and accountability around the commercial plan.
What is Gain Momentum?
Gain Momentum is the digital growth engine built by Gavin Belton-Rose, founder of Momentum. It connects commercial activity including prospecting, relationships, outreach, opportunities, content, growth plans and accountability, bringing his commercial approach into a system for daily work.

Start with the working problem
Contacts, conversations, opportunities and marketing plans can end up spread across different places. That makes it harder to see what is happening and who owns the next step.
I wanted to bring the commercial thinking behind my work into a system people could use in their working day. Gain Momentum is the digital extension of that approach.
The principles came before the platform
Know who you want to win. Build the relationship. Follow through. Stay accountable. Those principles have shaped my work across sales, marketing and business ownership.
The platform connects the activity around them: prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, conversations, pipeline, content, growth plans and review.
Keep the commercial context visible
A record of a contact matters more when you can see the relationship and the opportunity around it. A task matters more when it connects with a growth priority.
Technology and AI can support the work, while people still need to make the commercial decisions. The purpose is to put commercial judgement to work: choose the right prospects, keep the next action moving and review what the activity delivers.
Support the way the business grows
For service businesses, relationships and expertise often sit at the centre of the offer. Gain Momentum gives that activity a working structure.
Businesses can explore the growth engine on its own or alongside commercial support. My aim is to connect strategy, relationships and accountability in a way that helps owners keep progress moving.
Questions about the growth engine
Who is Gain Momentum designed for?
Gain Momentum is designed with service businesses in mind, including professional services, agencies and consultants. Explore the platform to assess how it fits your working process.
Can Gain Momentum sit alongside commercial support?
Yes. It can support the activity and accountability around working with Gavin or the Momentum team, as well as provide a connected place for a business’s own growth work.
