My book

Why sales and marketing must stick together.

The Glue: Why Sales & Marketing Must Stick Together is my case for treating sales and marketing as one commercial system. It explores the gap between being seen and being bought from, and the work that closes it.

Why I wrote The Glue

Across business ownership and commercial growth work, I have seen how easily sales and marketing can become disconnected. Each can be active while the business still lacks a clear route from attention to revenue.

The book brings together my thinking on that relationship. Its central idea is that the customer journey needs shared direction and follow-through across both disciplines.

Who the book is for

The Glue is for business owners and people responsible for sales and marketing who want to think more clearly about how those functions support one another.

It offers a way to look at the whole commercial picture: the offer, visibility, conversations and the practical work of turning interest into a buying decision.

The thinking behind my work

The same principles shape Momentum and Gain Momentum. Strategy needs to connect with execution, relationships need follow-up, and activity needs a commercial purpose.

The book introduces that thinking. Working with me, the Momentum team or the growth engine offers different ways of putting it into practice.
