Sales and marketing with a shared commercial direction.
I founded Momentum to help businesses bring sales and marketing together. The focus is on how the activity supports the commercial goal and creates a clearer route from visibility to revenue.
Why I built Momentum
A business can be busy with marketing and still struggle to turn interest into opportunities. Equally, a sales team can work hard without the positioning, content and credibility it needs to open better conversations.
Momentum brings those responsibilities into the same commercial picture. The aim is to connect what the business says, who it reaches and how it follows through.
From positioning to follow-up
The work can span commercial strategy, positioning, content, campaigns, outreach and lead flow. Those activities need to support the sales process and the way the team handles enquiries and relationships.
The starting point is the business objective. We then consider the audience, the offer, the message and the actions needed to move a potential customer towards a meaningful conversation.
My role as founder
My commercial experience shapes the direction of Momentum. I work with owners to understand the challenge and connect the work with their priorities. That means asking useful questions about the whole process, including what happens after an enquiry arrives.
The principles are the same ones I explore in The Glue: sales and marketing should operate as a connected system, with clear ownership and follow-through.
How Momentum fits with Gain Momentum
Momentum provides commercial support and delivery. Gain Momentum is the digital growth engine that helps connect the plan with daily activity, relationships and accountability.
They offer different forms of support, connected by the same approach to growth. You can explore the Momentum website for more detail about the team and its services.
