Connecting the website, installer network and commercial growth plan.
TIWI CorkSpray’s growth involves products, installation, training and an installer network. My work through Momentum connects the sales and marketing around those routes to market, with the website, content and commercial conversations supporting the wider plan.
The commercial brief
The website needed to explain a business with several routes to market. Customers looking for information, tradespeople exploring installation and potential commercial partners needed relevant information and a clear next step.
The focus was on supporting targeted traffic with useful content and connecting the digital presence with the wider commercial growth plan.
My contribution through Momentum
My work has included website development, search-led content, regional pages and the way visitors find information about installers and services. That sits alongside commercial strategy and support for installer growth.
I have also supported content and positioning around AeroCork, alongside discussions about products, partnerships and routes to market. These activities connect the website with the business behind it.
Supporting the people delivering the service
An installer network needs more than technical knowledge. Positioning, pricing and winning suitable work matter to the businesses delivering the service. I have been involved in conversations with TIWI installers about those commercial foundations.
The collaboration between Momentum and TIWI also extends to the Trades Growth Hub, bringing practical business growth learning into the trade community.
What the work puts in place
The delivered work provides a website and content structure supporting TIWI’s services, products and installer information, alongside ongoing commercial input. Regional content and installer information connect customer interest with relevant routes through the business.
The collaboration continues across sales, marketing and commercial development, with the website, installer network and product story working towards the same growth priorities.
The commercial lesson
For a business with several audiences, growth activity needs a shared direction. The website, product story, installer support and relationship-building should help people understand the offer and take the next step.
